We will offer you 50 minutes to discuss any issues you choose. The time is for you to utilise as you see fit.

Online therapy

Also available in 50 minute sessions through our online secure server. This way you get to speak with your therapist one on one.

Email Therapy

You will have a choice of counsellor and your contact will be maintained throughout your treatment.
